APRTF Launches Delicious Alcohol-Free Cranberry Aperitif for Sober September
Created in lockdown and now widely available to purchase online, APRTF today launches a delicious, bitter aperitif made with orange and wormwood, which is carried by the natural, vibrant and tart taste of cranberry. With a signature serve of APRTF topped up with tonic and garnished with a wedge of orange, it is an easy and different way to enjoy a zero alcohol drink.
APRTF is a new non-alcoholic alternative to a bitter aperitif, such as Campari and works well in both no and low cocktails. APRTF can be used in a non-alcoholic Negroni serve when mixed with a non-alcoholic gin and can be drunk as a Spritz, when topped up with Prosecco or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine and soda.

APRTF is an alternative aperitif for the mindful drinker and health conscious. With only 10 calories per 50ml serve, APRTF is naturally low in calories, suitable for vegans and gluten free. APRTF has a shelf life of 12 months and does not need to be kept in the fridge once opened.

50ml APRTF | 75ml (Non-Alcoholic) Prosecco | 50ml Soda Water | Garnish: Orange Slice
Pour APRTF, Prosecco and Soda into a wine glass filled with ice and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with an orange wedge
APRTF Negroni
40ml APRTF | 25ML Non-Alcoholic Botanical Spirit or Gin | 40ml Sweet Vermouth
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds with a bars spoon (alternatively mix in the glass). Fill a rocks glass with ice, pour in your cocktail and garnish with an orange peel.
APRTF Breakfast Martini
25ml APRTF | 25ml Gin | 25ml Lemon Juice | 10ml Simple Syrup | Barspoon of Marmalade | Garnish: Orange Peel
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
About APRTF
APRTF was born as a result of the pandemic, which provided an opportunity for both Emma and Alex to reflect on their lifestyle and work/life balance. Lockdown had introduced new drinking habits and with no school run or daily commute, a more laid-back attitude to drinking had been adopted. Alexandra and Emma believe in moderation and wanted to make an alternative drink for pregnant women, designated drivers and people wanting more balance in their lives.
With a new-found focus and the aim to seek a better-quality non-alcoholic mixer, as they recognised how difficult alcohol is to imitate, Alexandra and Emma began to explore their own unique flavour profiles. They commissioned award winning distillers to curate a product that can be simply paired with a tonic/soda or mixed as part of favourite cocktails. The result was a Campari style serve with the alcohol.
APRTF is distilled in a non-alcoholic distillery in Monmouthshire, Wales and is presented in a tall, clear glass bottle, to allow the rich red colour to stand out. The label, designed by Pat Starke, artfully depicts the cranberries, wormwood and bitter oranges, which are used in APRTF.
