INCA’s Nativo Performance and A La Carte Delights

Last night, we had the pleasure of being invited down to the premiere of INCA’s Nativo Performance, which was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves. Find out more below about this amazing South American restaurant located in London’s West End.

Step into the vibrant tapestry of South American culture at INCA, where the spirit of the ancient INCA civilisation is brought to life amidst the bustling energy of London’s West End. Rooted in the rich traditions of the Andean peoples, INCA beckons guests on a journey of culinary and sensory exploration unlike any other.

Imagine stepping into the heart of “Nativo,” where INCA returns to its South American roots with a renewed sense of passion and authenticity. Here, the aromas of exotic spices and the rhythm of traditional music fill the air, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience that celebrates the essence of the Andean way of life.

As you feast your senses on the mesmerising performances of “Nativo,” you’ll find yourself immersed in a world where the ancient and the contemporary converge in perfect harmony. From soul-stirring music to gravity-defying dances, each moment is a testament to the enduring spirit of the Andean people and their deep connection to the natural world.

But the adventure presses on. Step into the world of ‘Nativo’ and embark on a culinary journey celebrating the vibrant flavours of South America. Delve into the tantalising new A La Carte menu at INCA, featuring delectable creations such as the Baked King Crab Leg with Chilli Garlic Mayo and Crispy Buckwheat, the Hamachi Ceviche with Aji Rocoto Leche de Tigre, and the Seared Dover Sole with Spicy Shiso Ponzu and Caramelised Lime. Indulge in the Charred Best End Lamb Chops with Sweet Potato Cream and Yellow & Red Anticucho Sauce.

And let’s not overlook the artistry at the bar, where skilled mixologists concoct beverages like the Caliente, a cocktail that transports you directly to the streets of Jalisco, Mexico. Made with Tequila Don Julio 1942, infused with spices like peppers, plums, and chili, this cocktail promises a truly original and unique experience.
