Newly opened, get ready to elevate your al-fresco experience at Los Mochis London City, where Tokyo meets Tulum, which has become home to one of London’s largest outdoor terraces, open until 3am. 30ml fresh lime juice
CAPI Pink Grapefruit Soda
Rosemary salt (dried rosemary blitzed with sea salt)
Method: Rim of a well-chilled tall glass with rosemary salt. In a cocktail shaker combine ice, PapaSalt, and lime juice. Shake until well chilled and pour over prepared glass with cubed ice. Top with CAPI pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a rosemary stem.
