Chelsea Waterfront | A luxury new development in Chelsea Harbour

We had the pleasure of coming down to Chelsea Harbour to check out Chelsea Waterfront, the amazing new apartments and residential buildings. We would like to say a huge thank you to Chelsea Waterfront & Powerhouse at Chelsea Waterfront for inviting us down and showing us around.

Located within the prestigious Chelsea Harbour and designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Sir Terry Farrell, Chelsea Waterfront is a spectacular new development of exclusive residential buildings including the iconic Lots Road Power Station. A testament to architectural ingenuity and urban connectivity, this development meaningfully connects the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham through three beautifully integrated bridges spanning Chelsea Creek.

Chelsea Waterfront is the first development of its type on the north bank of the Thames in London Chelsea for 100 years. Chelsea Waterfront is located on the doorstep of King’s Road’s most fashionable shops, restaurants and bars. With Imperial Wharf Station and Fulham Broadway within easy walking distance, Chelsea Waterfront is also ideal for London’s most prestigious schools and universities and is at the heart of all the finest culture amenities that London has to offer.

The Powerhouse, the oldest of London’s three historic Power Stations and the last to be developed, has been meticulously transformed into 260 luxury apartments that blend industrial heritage with modern elegance. Tower West and Tower East were created in a diamond shape to provide panoramic views of London’s skyline and both sides of the river.

These residences, expertly designed by the award-winning interior design studio Morpheus & Co epitomise luxury living while paying homage to the building’s storied past. The Powerhouse is a new living experience that has been created within the historic walls of one of the capital’s last great industrial icons.
