Sabine Rooftop Bar has created a new summer menu for guests to enjoy the ultimate al fresco dining surrounded by breathtaking views of the city. Nestled in the heart of St Pauls, Sabine is a secret garden oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets below. The outdoor terrace features luxuriant seating to enjoy panoramic views of London’s skyline, including the breathtaking neighbouring St Paul’s Cathedral. The bar features a glass-domed roof and lush outdoor terrace bathed in natural light, the perfect spot for guests to relax in.

The indulgent new seasonal menu features some tempting dishes including light bites such as mac & cheese bon bons accompanied by a truffle mayo. A classic Burrata with marinated cherry tomatoes, olive tapenade and toasted almonds and a British and continental charcuterie with pickles, sundried tomato, mustard, cultured butter, focaccia chunks to share alongside the impeccable views. 

Elsewhere on the menu, guests can enjoy the freshness of summer with the Sabine Poké Bowl with oriental tofu, sticky rice, edamame, pickled ginger, avocado, cherry tomato, radish, cucumber, citrus soy dressing Galician-style octopus with smoked paprika, sautéed potatoes, capers & aioli. BBQ jackfruit Tostadas, guacamole, pico de gallo & crisp onions are also a delicious and satisfying vegan treat.

These plates can all be perfectly paired with Sabine’s new cocktails: ‘City Summer’ with Hennessy V.S.O.P, Melonade, Homemade honey water, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice and grapefruit bitters is perfect for when entertaining guests in the evening or imagining one is in sunnier climbs on a weekend afternoon. The ‘Coco Breeze’ cocktail is a signature cocktail that should not be missed, Belvedere Vodka, Melonade, Coconut Syrup, Mionetto Prosecco, Fever Tree White Grape and Apricot Soda.
