Celebrate Negroni Week with Scarfes Bar & Campari

Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London partners with Campari for an exclusive negroni week cocktail in September!

This September, from 18th -24th, Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London is partnering with Campari, the vibrantly red Italian bitter, for an exclusive cocktail for Negroni Week. Scarfes Bar will showcase the cocktail ‘Metamorphosis’ for £20, alongside its new menu “10” – which pays homage to its milestone ten-year anniversary.

Metamorphosis is a cocktail created through the evolution of the Gin Martini to the Negroni, where after distilling the Campari in their lab, the Scarfes Bar team use the concentrate and turn it into caviar. The tasting experience of this unique and stand-out cocktail starts as a Martini, with notes of fruitiness, and a finish of a round and full Negroni. The cocktail was created by Scarfes Bar’s team to celebrate Negroni Week with a blend of Isolated Campari, Cinzano 1757 Vermouth Di Torino, Extra Dry, Fortified Cantaloup and Negroni Caviar, which was created through distilling Campari into a concentrate and turning it into caviar.

Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London is an award-winning bar inspired by the atmosphere of a drawing room, with live jazz music playing each day from a host of talented performers, evoking a convivial and sophisticated yet intimate atmosphere and located a shortdistance from London’s Covent Garden. The bar is named after the renowned British artist and caricaturist Gerald Scarfe, whose artwork adorns the walls of the bar and is encompassed within the cocktail menus.
