Having begun as a passion between five friends, after five years it is finally reaching the shores of the UK. The goal? To make a spirit that makes a classic dry martini and mixes well with soda water, in addition to the beloved gin and tonic. Papa Salt was developed with the award-winning Lord Byron Distillery in Byron Bay, Australia, and the team from LBD now operate the Papa Salt distillery next door. Papa Salt is produced with zero-waste and the facility operates entirely on renewable energy.

The taste highlights distinct Australian botanicals like wattle seed, wax flower, and oyster shell, creating a citrus forward gin with a hint of spice and an incredibly smooth finish.

Papa Salt sold out within 48 hours in the Australian market, due to popular demand.
