Nikkei maps a culinary evolution of Japanese and Peruvian traditions over a century, a tapestry of flavours, blending tradition with innovation. Chotto Matte’s menu stays true to the Nikkei staples – Ceviche, Tiradito, Anticucho BBQ, Sushi, Sashimi and Tempura – created with the finest, environmentally considerate ingredients.
This experience begins with a selection of raw dishes, including sea bass ceviche with leche de tigre and Peruvian corn, as well as Yellowtail Nikkei Sashimi with yuzu truffle soy, or Tuna Tataki featuring karashi su miso and red jalapeño herb salsa. For mains, enjoy Pollo Den Miso paired with yellow chili yogurt, alongside the show-stopping sea bass and salmon tartare with Chotto soy, flamed tableside for an unforgettable presentation.
