Cotswolds Distillery Launches Harvest Series Amber Meadow Single Malt Whisky

Cotswolds Distillery is pleased to announce today the release of the third expression in its Harvest Series, Cotswolds Distillery Harvest Series Amber Meadow Single Malt Whisky.

This limited Single Malt release of 1,500 bottles is the third in the Cotswolds Distillery Harvest Series, following on from the launch of Harvest Series Flaxen Vale Single Malt Whisky in September 2023 and features a blend of exclusive Moscatel casks and premium ex-Bourbon casks. Harvest Series Amber Meadow is a light and fruity whisky with a subtle touch of peat that showcases the delicate character of Cotswolds Distillery Single Malt Spirit and celebrates the idyllic Cotswold landscape surrounding the distillery. 

A new Harvest Series expression is released once a year and celebrates the Cotswolds scenery through the art of painting and whisky selection. The region attracts artists and craftsmen from around the world who are drawn to the area by the natural beauty of the Cotswolds. The design of the presentation tube for this third release in the Harvest Series is an illustration produced by the celebrated Cotswolds-based artist Lucy Pratt and depicts the beautiful colours and features of the landscape around the distillery at the most important time in the farming calendar.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Elderflower, meadow hay and apricot jam 

Palette: Scorched orange peel, marzipan and toasted coconut 

Finish: Soft red fruits with a touch of honey 

ABV: 51% | RRP: £100 for a 70cl bottle
