Neko Health Opens Its Largest Ever Health Centre in London
With extraordinary demand globally, the company continues to invest in London as it opens its second Health Centre just six months after launching in the UK

Neko Health, the preventive healthcare technology company co-founded by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek, today announces the opening of its largest-ever Health Centre in Spitalfields Market. The newly opened, 7,466-square-foot health centre is Neko Health’s second location in London, opening just six months after the company’s UK launch. It is located on 1 Lamb Street in a standalone building and will have the capacity to serve up to 30,000 people annually.
Spitalfields Market is one of London’s most vibrant cultural and commercial hubs. This new Health Centre reflects Neko Health’s vision to be where the people are — making preventive health part of everyday life in the places people already live, work, and gather.
Hjalmar Nilsonne, CEO and Co-Founder of Neko Health, said:
“This Health Centre is built for scale, and we’re doubling down in London. Healthcare has long been centered around reactiveness, with care often beginning only after symptoms appear. At Neko Health, we turn that notion on its head — our spaces celebrate preventive health, making well-being something to be seen, embraced, and experienced. The most important thing for prevention is creating habits that make people want to invest in their long-term health — and making a great visit is a huge part of that. Like all our health centres, this space is built with that vision in mind.”

The Health Centre features a striking grand glass door entrance and a vast, light-filled reception area—an inviting space that welcomes people into the future of healthcare. Thoughtfully curated architecture and materials guide you seamlessly through the environment, creating moments of reflection and comfort. A carefully chosen palette of colours works in harmony with a gentle soundscape, subtly shaping your journey and fostering a sense of calm. Clear glazing and fabric layering on the façade establish a connection with the outside world while maintaining privacy, ensuring the space feels both open and personal.
Franquibel Lima, Lead Architect at Neko Health, said:
“At Neko Health, we set out to build human-centered spaces focused on warmth and wonder as much as on scalability — enabling us to bring preventive health to more people, faster. Our Spitalfields center is designed as an experiential journey that celebrates this vision — one that makes health feel approachable, engaging, and part of everyday life.”
