New Lunch Menu launch at Amazonico, Mayfair
Bringing the Tropical Sun to Mayfair, Amazonico Launch their New Lunch Menu and Refreshed A La Carte Menu!
Amazónico have recently launched their new Lunch Menu on April 10th, and Spring and Summer menu on 12th April.
Amazónico’s lunch menu, or ‘Menu Ejecutivo’, is ideal for those seeking a swift lunch in style. Available from Monday to Thursday between 12pm and 4pm, the menu is offered at 3 courses for £38 and 4 courses for £45. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as the Ensalada Amazónica – mango, avocado, confit tomato, kalamansi citrus and Lomo Saltado – marinated beef fillet, amarillo chilli, potato. A range of indulgent dishes have been created exclusively for the Menu Ejecutivo, including Corvina Chifera, Flamed wok sea bass, bok choy, peanut sauce and Crema de Choclo, Corn brûlée, coconut sponge, vanilla ice cream.
Amazónico are also launching their new Spring and Summer Menu featuring vibrant and tropical dishes, including Cremoso – smoked burrata, cashew nuts, mezcal marinated grapes, Ceviche de Camaron, marinated purple prawns, rocoto chilli, papaya, cancha corn and Merluza Negra – Chilean bass, apple and fennel purée, pickled grapes. To finish, new seasonal desserts include Babajito – Yorkshire rhubarb, white chocolate & mint crémeux, rhubarb mojito and Maluca – chocolate mousse, cocoa crumble, ideal for those with a sweet tooth.
