Canapes include a Crab Choux bun, Terrine of smoked haddock and apple, Venison tartar pickled walnut and blue cheese emulsion, Goats cheese croquette with sun-blushed tomato and Torchon of Foie Gras with Duck rilette, quince, gingerbread and truffle Brioche.

Orkney Hand Dive Scallop and Lobster orange and basil Risotto feature in the starter menu, followed by Scotch Beef Wellington served with a Truffle and mushroom skirlie, mont d’Or potato and Bordelaise Sauce and Black Forest gateaux Cassies ice cream for dessert.

The lavish experience continues with Trump Turnberry’s legendary brunch on New Year’s Day. Set in the Ballroom, against the backdrop of the Firth of Clyde, with views stretching beyond Ailsa Craig to the Isle of Arran, guests will enjoy a luxurious spread featuring the finest seafood, cold meats, salads and a hot food selection which includes Roast Sirloin of Beef, Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Stroganoff, Fish Pie Royal, live-cooked Linguine Carbonara and Butternut Squash Rigatoni with sage pine nuts and ricotta.  Dessert highlights include a towering Macaron display, S’mores Station, Baileys Tiramisu Espresso Martini and a decadent Chocolate and Blood Orange Cheesecake.
