Are you a conscious traveller but also love luxury? At Carpe Diem you have the best of both. Since 2018, the resort has been helping fight for the health of people around the world with two organisations whilst providing guests with a one-of-a-kind luxury experience.
Nestled into the hillside of medieval Pyrgos, Santorini’s highest village, Carpe Diem boasts unbeatable 270-degree views of the island. The meticulously designed resort with unique and minimal aesthetics is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The largest and most private suites in Santorini, a butler service for every guest and super exclusive dining are some of the reasons why Carpe Diem is leading in luxury travel.
Conscious Tourism
Since 2019 Carpe Diem has been donating 1% of online, direct booking revenue towards the Doctors of the World Greece. A member of Médecins Du Monde International, Doctors of the World Greece, is a medical humanitarian non-governmental organisation. Founded in 1990, the organisation has been implementing several projects to provide medical and other services to marginalised populations within Greece and abroad.
Carpe Diem started supporting Muscular Dystrophy UK in 2018, as sponsors of their Microscope Ball event, helping the organisation raise thousands of pounds. Founded in 1959, Muscular Dystrophy UK is a leading charity fighting over 60 muscle-wasting conditions, that affect around 70,000 children and adults in the UK.
Special Suites
Carpe Diem’s suites are the largest on Santorini and all have private pools from which you can admire both sunrise and sunset views! As well as boasting unique and exclusive amenities, such as Bang and Olufsen a9 speakers and champagne bars, they are also the most private suites on the island. Carpe Diem’s unique design tells a narrative of Santorini through elemental materials, such as black lava rock, combined with Cycladic minimalism.
Royal Service
Famous for its outstanding service, Carpe Diem staff ensure each and every guest’s wish is granted and more! The adults-only has a staff-to-guest ratio of 1-1, meaning all guest have their own butler. Service surely doesn’t get better than this.
The Finest Dine
At Carpe Diem you can feast on authentic Santorini flavours made from fine local produce under the stars. The fine dining restaurant, Gaia, is completely exclusive to hotel guests. A wine lover’s dream, 270 Degrees Meze & Wine Restaurant introduces guests to local flavours and signature cocktails.
