Hï’s closing party has been seen as one of the most unmissable events in the global clubbing calendar yearly, and this year is no exception.
Where to eat – Zuma Ibiza
Zuma Ibiza – Dubbed the place for dinner and cocktails before a night on the town, Zuma’s resident DJ sets the scene for a night to remember for the who’s who of the island.
Undoubtedly the best Japanese restaurant on the island, the open-air terrace on the roof of the Ibiza Gran Hotel boasts the best views of Ibiza’s majestic Dalt Vila walls and marina. The island’s exclusive dishes include tender wagyu beef sushi with oscietra caviar and fresh shrimp carpaccio with spicy lemon dressing and pickled myoga.
At night, the cocktail menu allows guests to finish the day with sunset views on the terrace, enjoying small plates.
